Do you mean to say that we would want to replace trucks use of highway 95
all together? Would this at least reduce the loss of life substantially.
That would be one way to accomplish a possible if not complete but perhaps a
partial fix to a yet unaddressed opportunity for a complete change. I do
see a well place redone transportation system as a way for the State of
Idaho to generate revenue. Bores and Architecturally well done bridges can
inhance to natural beauty of the state. Just a thought I appreciate your
