1. Approval of Minutes of January 24, 2000
2. Crites/Latah County Growers Lot Line Adjustment - Dale Pernula
The Current property line between the Crites-Moscow Growers and Latah
County Grain Growers extends through an existing building at a rather odd
angle. If the lot line is adjusted as proposed, portions of the building
could be removed resulting in cleaner property boundaries and improved
emergency vehicle access.
ACTION: Recommend approval of lot line adjustment; or take such other
action as deemed appropriate.

1. Approval of Minutes of January 24, 2000.
2. Request to Declare Scott SCBA's as Surplus - Don Strong
Staff is requesting permission to declare four out-dated self-contained
breathing apparatus bottles as excess.
ACTION: Recommend declaring items as excess; or take such other action as
deemed appropriate.
3. Amendment to Consultant Agreement - Hamilton-Lowe Aquatics Center -
Randy Rice
Staff has received a proposal to increase the current contract for
additional onsite inspection services and specifications development for
the storage enclosure.
ACTION: Recommend approval of increase and authorize staff to proceed to
amend agreement; or take such other action as deemed appropriate.
4. Agreement for Concession Consulting Services - Aquatics Facility - Randy
Rice
Staff has received a proposal for onsite services to assist in the
equipment purchase and final preparation of policies and procedures for the
operation of the aquatics center concession facility.
ACTION: Recommend approval and authorize staff to proceed with the
agreement; or take such other action as deemed appropriate.
5. CMAQ Grant Proposal - Needs Assessment for Public Transit - Dale Pernula
The Idaho Transportation Department is soliciting applications for
Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) grants, which are
due by March 21, 2000. Moscow's Transportation Commission is interested in
applying for such a grant to do a needs assessment for Public
transportation for our community.
ACTION: Recommend authorizing staff to apply for the grant; or take such
other action as deemed
appropriate.
