   Isn't this a bit like President Clinton reviewing
policies on extra-marital relations...the International
Olympic Committee reviewing bribes of its members...
Sadam Hussein reviewing human rights violations
by his soldiers?

   Surely the EDC appointments of Larry Hodge
and Dale Pernula were made in jest???  I checked
my calendar...blinked....nope...nowhere near April.

   I can hardly wait to read this review.  Humor
sustains us when the nights are long and the
temperatures are below zero.
