acres of land located on the east side of US HIghway 95 adjacent to Park View 
Estates subdivision (fronting US 95 and Rodeo/Inscore Drive)

5.  Public Hearing 8:00 pm
	Application for Rezoning, Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Preliminary PUD 
Review relative to a 34 acre parcel of land located south of O'Donnell Road in 
the Moscow area of city impact.
	the application requests approval for a 9 lot residential subdivision 
(Canterwood Estates II Addition) by way of a Planned Unit Development.
