Visionaries,
Good news: I just spoke to Bill London, who went home from the hospital
Friday afternoon. He enjoyed a family celebration on Saturday in honor
of Willow's graduation from UI and his graduation from Gritman.
For several weeks, he will use a mechanical device while he's sleeping
that stretches his leg and keeps it from getting stiff. He'll use a
wheelchair to get around for the next six to eight weeks, depending on
how quickly his leg heals.
He's digging through a 6-inch stack of mail at home and hopes to turn on
the computer tonight or Tuesday to dig through the virtual pile of
e-mail. He expects to be back on line soon and looks forward to
corresponding with everyone.
Bill says he's feeling much better and "can see the light at the end of
the tunnel."
