Just wanted to send out a note to let all those who
have not heard yet the it is a sad day in Moscow.  One
of Moscow local legends and greatest eccentrics has
passed on to a higher plain.

memorial/wake should contact Laura White at:

I think it would be very sad not to send Charlie off
in the Same manner that he would have enjoyed. A big
party and music.
