Housing in Moscow

Hello fellow citizens of Moscow,

I am a University of Idaho student writing an article on the housing/rental 
situation in Moscow — what's good, what's bad and what should change. I 
would appreciate any feedback any of you could offer on your current living 
situations,  horror stories and general thoughts on the quality of the 
housing market in Moscow.
