Certainly some do, but this wasn't one of them according to what I've heard.

Humans are defective creatures and any system which includes humans, or is 
designed by humans, is going to have defects in it.  People speed, follow too 
closely, run red lights, etc.

And it's my understanding that the baby who was injured in the accident has 
now died - so, four dead.  I also understand the truck driver is in jail 
facing prosecution.
