regular session.  The following actions were taken:

Approved, signed, filed 1996 tax cancellation request, hardship,
RP41N04W091959A, financial loss and medical expenses.

Approved, signed, filed 1996 tax cancellation request, hardship,
RP01700016009AA, financial loss.

Approved, signed, filed 1999 tax drive cancellation request, PPW031,
business closing.

Approved, signed, filed 1996 tax cancellation request, hardship,

Approved, signed, filed Resolution #99-17 reserving county funds in the
amount of $17,141.00 for fiscal year 1999-2000 to complete improvements in
jail cell to comply with American Disabilities Act.

Approved, signed, filed Resolution #99-18 reserving county funds in the
amount of $16,700 for fiscal year 1999-2000 to complete improvements of
restroom at Robinson Park to comply with American Disabilities Act.

Approved, signed, filed Resolution #99-19 transferring funds in the amount
of $556.00 from the “Fair Operation” “B” Budget to the “Fair Operation” “A”
Budget, to provide for employee salaries.

Motion and Order to continue membership in the National Association of
Counties.  Dues are $555.00 for January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000.

only. Home burned down, not replaced yet.

 Convened in Executive Session at 10:04 a.m. on October 20, 1999, to discuss
indigent cases, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (1) (d). Adjourned at
10:25 a.m. Three (3) cases approved, three (3) cases denied.

Approved, signed, filed request by Gerard Billington to be replaced as
ex-officio member of the Latah County Historic Preservation Commission by
Jeanene Kern.

Motion and Order to appoint Jeanene Kern as ex-officio member of the Latah
County Historic Preservation Committee.

Public Meeting was held on October 20, 1999 at 2:30 p.m. to review the
record and consider appeal of Zoning Commission denial of Conditional Use
Permit #587 by Latah County Sheriff for Shooting Range.  The Board
unanimously affirmed the original decision and has 30 days to put findings
in writing.

Convened in Executive Session at 3:53 p.m. on October 20, 1999,  pursuant to
Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (1)(a)&(b) to discuss personnel matters.
Adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
