Candidates and the corridor

After reading the responses to the questions to candidates, I think there 
are some misconceptions about the recent re-zoning of the Moscow-Pullman 
Corridor.  Attached is the Corridor amendment to the Whitman County Zoning 
Ordinance.  Of interest are sections 19.15.080 and 19.15.060(5).  Also, some 
candidates' answers refer to "plans" for the corridor by Whitman County.  
Sorry, there's no plan; only a desire to foster economic growth within the 
area.  (See, a "plan" would require a group of people discussing, 
evaluating, and recommending alternatives, something that hasn't yet.)
