September 20, 1999.

Motion and Order to authorize Acting Chair’s signature on the Foster Care
Recruitment and Licensing Contract between Latah County on behalf of the
Youth Services Department, and the Department of Health and Welfare.
Effective October 1, 1999.

Motion and Order to authorize Acting Chair’s signature on Imation Service
Agreement between Latah County and Imation for District Court service
agreement 275 Dry Silver Reader/Printer, effective September 22, 1999 to
September 21, 2000.

Motion and Order to approve the L-1 Certificate of County Levies for Latah
County as prepared by Auditor Susan Petersen said certificate to be
submitted to the State Tax Commission for Certification pursuant to Idaho
Code 63-803(3).

transfer site in Potlatch.  Effective September 22, 1999.

discuss indigent cases, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (1) (d).
Adjourned at 10:32 a.m. Six (6) cases were approved, and two (2) cases were
denied.

Motion and Order to authorize the Acting Chair’s signature on Professional
Services Contract and retainer as counsel for indigent persons with Gregory
Dickison, effective October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001.

Motion and Order to authorize Acting Chair’s signature on a Letter of
Proposal to Cynthia L. Miller for Professional Services Contract and
Retainer as counsel for juvenile indigent persons.
