how about refusing a women who is threatened with death by an
out of control partner a permit to protect herself? how often have we
heard of some woman killed by some animal who doesn't care
what the retraining order said? doesn't that violate her Consitutional
right to "life, liberty and the Presuit of Happies"?. several people
who have been victims of someone "going Postal" have stated
(although not covered in the press) "if I had had a gun" or, in some
cases "If I had been allowed to carry my gun" "I could have stopped
this"

the govt will not protect us, I have been told even the Supreme
Court has ruled that the Police don't have to protect us (I am trying
to confirm this if true, possibly someone else with more skill in that
area would know or be able to find out) but why does the Govt want
us unable to defend ourselves from 2 legged Animals? as the old
phrase goes, "how does a 200 pound male rapist rape a 100 pound
women when she has 2 pounds of Coneticut Steel in her hand?"
