hmm, in the Case of Randy weaver (and I am REALLY getting tired
of defending a White Supremisist), he was found not guilty of all
the weapons charges that the BATF had brought against him, were
HIS right respected? what about his Dead wifes? were HER rights
respected? what about the Sniper who killed her? has he been
brought before a jury of 12 good men and true?, how can one say
that rights are still in place when they are so blatenly violated? I
believe it was Dr. King who said something about when one right is
deniged, all rights are dengied? and we now are seeing wide
spread reports and evidence about abuses by the FBI and BATF in
regards to the Wacco. (which up untill recently, I did not believe the
Feds started the fires, but now I am not sure)

I find it is most interesting the prevelance of the attatude that one
must constantly sue to make sure ones rights are not violated. if
there is no effort to suppress them, then why must we constantly
fight to retain them?
