The statistic I was alluding to (and I didn't listen intently to the
report, so I was wondering if anybody else heard it), was a nation-wide
statistic, not a Moscow statistic (the typical profile of an illegal drug
user in the U.S. is white & middle class, fully employed, yadda yadda).

Again, did anyone else hear this, and could you more accurately quote and
attribute the stat?  I think it was on NPR.
