ok, does sound like right to carry, Migrant workers? not if there
aliens, (then again, length of residency might count) then again,
this may be one of those laws that the cops don't know about untill
they need to bust you (Like that East Indian Student a year or 2
ago in Pullman, this is what they busted him on before he hung
himself in his cell)
