Wile E. Coyote, WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE

Saw on last night's 11:00 news that Wile E. Coyote is loose in Moscow's
neighborhoods.  He is armed and dangerous and weapons of choice are pellet
guns, gasoline and some as yet unknown fillet knife.  So far he has seen fit
to only attack household pets....specifically, pet cats.  He doesn't seem to
have a taste for Fido.  But before the the local gendarmerie stamp the case
"Closed", because, after all, it's only a few cats, let's hope they've made
101% absolutely sure ALL cases of mutilated cats were victim of Wile E
Coyote and not some other deranged individual who is handy with a knife. I
wouldn't want to see bits and pieces of some toddler turning up scattered
from East City Park to the UI golf course.
