I say, more power to him.  I find KUOI mostly unlistenable, because of both 
content and lousy production.  It really sounds like a student radio station 
with a bad music library.  If the new station manager can pander to my 
tastes, I'd listen more often.  I should qualify things by saying that I 
find the local radio stations pretty poor, anyway.  Why are my choices 
limited to commercial country, classic rock, top forty, or students trying 
to impress each other with musical angst?  Anybody else want to comment?
