I'm not a lawyer.. I don't understand what that all means.. all I know
is that the US Spreme Court has ruled it is legal for a (any) govt to
take your possesions with only suspicion.

I feel MUCH safer! all those bad guns are gone now..
(now if they REALLY want to cut down on firearm violence, they
need to legalize Drugs, I don't think the crips and the bloods are
gonna shoot each other up if the price of Marajuwana drops to the
same as a pack of cigs and can be bought at the corner store..)
(and NO, I DON'T use the stuff!, but I know (from History Class) that
Prohibition only gives us more crime (The "mafia" is a prime
example))
