I was just strolling past the posters advertising this weekend's event at
The Beach, which is "Freaknik '99" and calls for a dress code of beach wear
with evening dress code of togas. On this same poster, the management
thoughtfully reminds people that women and men have the same legal right to
appear topless in Moscow.
