Please visit icsa.net to find out about the HOAX happy99.exe.

This will get you their home page.  Choose the 'Professional Library
Resource'.  On the <left frame choose 'Malicious Code', then in the
middle choose 'Relevant Links' (last of the list) then at the bottom of
this list choose the 'Virus Hoax and Myths'.  

...a bit convoluted to get there but well worth the virtual travel
time...

After that you are on your own.  You will probably find this helpful
later so bookmarking would be a good thing.
