We got a dog two years ago from the human society. She is a lovely dog, a
retriever mix. A few months ago she developed a rash where she scratched a
lot. We noticed she had a tattoo on her inner thigh. I asked someone at the
vets about it and they did not know about it, and of coarse neither did we.
I knew then that she was obviously not just a stray dog but one that
someone really wanted to keep. Needless to say I would like to know more
about tattooing dogs as I have never heard of it. Our family would not like
to loose her though either as we have had her now for two years.
Please tell me about tattooing, maybe I should read your article.

The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.
