Tattooed dogs???

Hello Visionaries:

I'm trying to locate a dog locally that has been tattooed with its owner's SSN
or phone number for purposes of identification.  The reason I'm trying to find
a tattooed dog is produce photographs to illustrate a story about permanent
positive identification I've written for The Pointing Dog Journal and The
Retriever Journal.

The dog needn't be a pointing breed or a retriever since the photo will be a
close up.  Location of the tattoo is not an issue either as long as it is in
the lip, ear, or inner thigh.  And since this is going in national magazines,
we will obscure the number slightly to protect your privacy.

Can anyone help me out?  There's a free case of dog food in it for your pooch.
