Unidentified subject!

Although this will create a mass of replies, and public outpoor.  Has
anyone ever thought of making parts (NOT ALL) of highway 95 into a toll
road?  It would seam that it would help to pay for repairs and also give
the state some needed monies.  I know that many states back east do this
and although a burden, it seams that it helps to maintain the roads and
keep them in far better shape than ours.  I relize that it is not the only
solution but I sure haven't heard of any that are being sought out.
Besides providing monies it would also create a few more jobs.
