OK, if you don't mind paying more for your gas.  Say you fill up your
tank with 15 gallons.  In Moscow, that'll cost you $17.25 at $1.15 per
gallon.  In Lewiston, at $0.99 it'll be $14.85.  But, it's an 80 mile
round trip, so at 20 miles per gallon, you use up 4 gallons, so the tank
really cost you $18.81.

But, your mileage may vary... :-)
