First question: Under what authority? My God! Is hate commerce? The feds
don't have carte blanche to do whatever they want to do. (Well, they're not
supposed to . . .) See Article I, section 8, Constitution of the United
States. You do have a copy don't you?
As for serious discussion, IS there a legitimate (constitutional) arm of
federal power that would allow such legislation?

It makes us feel good. It satisfies the demands of an ignorant public. Great
