This is taking place in Moscow this Saturday, following the Smart 
Growth Advisory Committee meeting. 

YOU ARE INVITED!

What:  Smart Growth Presentation and Discussion.  Following a slide 
presentation on smart growth by Idaho Smart Growth Co-Coordinators Elaine 
Clegg and Jon Barrett, Dale Pernula, Moscow City Planner, and Gerard 
Billington, Latah County Planner, will be participating in an informal 
conversation about growth and planning issues and needs in North Central 
Idaho.

When:  Saturday evening, September 19, 5:00 - 7:00 PM

Where:  Basement of the Latah County Courthouse, corner of 5th and Van 
Buren in Moscow (look for signs)

Who:  You!  One and all are invited to attend and participate, especially 
those who are interested in or would like to learn more about how growth 
affects our quality of life.
