proposed WSU incinerator

OK --

I've looked over the website Mr. Lohrman recommended, which is

The proposed incinerator is going to have to comply with all clean
air, emissions, and other environmental regulations, both state and
federal.  (Obvious, one would think.)  It's better and safer than the
old one.  And finally, what else would you have them do?

I also read the letter written by two women (whose names escape me --
one of them was Sanda) to the WA Dept. of Ecology.  To address just
one of their assertions of an increase in certain diseases (asthma,
MS) in Pullman due to the old incinerator:  prove it.  There are
statistics available.
