Toxic Palouse

There was a very good series of articles in April or May of 1979 regarding
the pesticides used in our area.....not only in agriculture, but for weed
control along county roads.  There were questions raised then about safety
to children and adults.  I remember the articles because we had just moved
into our house and I was pregnant.  My oldest went to McDonald's school and
I could hear the planes as they bombarded the nearby fields.....of course
someone out there is just going to write back and say pregnant women have a
tendency to be a little more hysterical than most....but if the archives
haven't been tampered with, the articles should be there in our local paper.
