Dr. Sanyal,
Free services??? Every computer I sit down in front of has a small
sticker that says "Paid for by University of Idaho students". My taxes
pay for the rest. Even if they were free, it means nothing if they don't
work. That's kind of like giving kids free pencils with no lead.
