Peg--
In an election with no election process, and no request from local
media for profile/in-depth interview/etc, is any candidate going to break
out of stealth mode, seek publicity, make public pronouncements, possibly
alienate voters and stir up a write-in campaign? Not likely. You were
following logical candidate pattern.
My grumble is with local media for giving you (and all candidates)
a free ride.
Now that the election is over, I would suggest you use this 2020
list to make your feelings, assumptions, and positions known. For
example, answer Jeanne Leffingwell's questions about the pool, or respond
to other threads of conversation. If there are some postings that you
would like to share with the readers of the DAily News, all you have to do
is CC:<letters@moscow.com> and it will go to the paper.
