The Field Springs State Park cabins could provide a good role
model-we can fit one troop in the log cabin and it gives a great
opportunity for cross-country skiing. North South would be lovely, as
the drive is so much shorter.
Best wishes!

> This afternoon, I had a conversation with the new owner of the ski area
> formerly known as the North-South Ski Bowl. The family live near Tacoma,

> buildings. There is little likelihood of the site supporting alpine skiing,

> activities such as cross country skiing, mountain bike trail head, or camping.
>
> Do any visionaries have suggestions to pass on to the owner. (A computer is
> a possible Christmas acquisition for these people, although they probably
> "spent" their gifts purchasing the site.)
>
> The Palouse Nordic Ski Club (ASWSU) volunteers will be maintaining the cross
> country ski trails there again, snow permitting. Be sure to purchase your
