Dear Visionaries,
Perhaps the M-P Daily News did not cover the local city council
elections because it was a non-event. Four candidates, four officies;
three incumbents and the judge's wife. Wowzers!
To me "the story" is that of a group of civic activists, including
myself, who could not bring themselves to run for political office
either because they might lose or (perhaps worse) they might win.
I am not going to scape goat the local rag because I am more
nearly the problem.
