Has anyone noticed the new double billboard going up on the Moscow-Pullman
Highway near the Stinker Station and the single billboard on the US95
couplet at Main and C?
Where did they come from, and don't we have a city ordinance restricting the
size of signs? Perhaps one of the list subscribers from City Hall or the
P&Z can shed some light on this profliferation of visual pollution...
