I would welcome a good discussion on our approach to teenagers and
alcohol, but without some modification at the federal and state level, I
doubt much can be accomplished. My views differ significantly from Greg
Meyer's, but I think we all share a common goal; keeping teens safe, out
of cars while drinking and learning responsible habits. Selective
enforcement in the theoretical situations Greg poses may have more to do
with who was actually driving a car and who wasn't. Even granted that
alcohol is a drug, there are different classes of drugs and different
approaches to their use- aspirin is a drug. Jo Williams
