Following is the requested description, taken from the staff review prepared
for the P&Z by Joel Plaskon:
Proposal: The Camerons propose to rezone 85.43 acres east of Highway 95 and
Cameron Road in the Area of City Impact. They request concurrent review for
subdivision into 27 single family residential lots of approximately 1.15
acres in size and planned unit development concepts of clustering and open
space preservation.
The current proposal offers several modifications from the prior plan. The
most important improvement is the addition of a new road (Florence Court) to
access the lots at the top of the hill. The original Florence Court has
been changed from a 50 foot wide dedicated street to a 30 foot wide gravel
road easement. One lot has been omitted (former Lot 8 of Phase 3). The
intersection of Christene Drive with Cameron Road has been moved 100 feet
closer to US Highway 95, and the gravel bus turn-around area has been
reduced in size.
