Round 2...or is it 3? The Camerons were soundly rebuffed the first time
they put this proposal before the County. The proposal does not appear
to be *substantively* different this time around. But the rules have changed
now with the City in control now. The change in jurisdiction will make
all the
difference. The Camerons will prevail. Moscow residents
had better get used to looking at even more ridgeline houses in their northerly
Moscow Mountian view.
