I sent this once, but I don't think it worked. I'm trying again.

We are finally getting our street paved after several years of dealing
with the oil problem. Each year our neighbors wanted to oil the street,
but we never did. Last year, our neighbors did agree to try something
different, a plant based product. It apparently is produced from lignin
and the applier told us it was non-toxic. I must admit it did not last as
long as the oil, but I would choose it any day over oil. It was also more
expensive. So I think you can only get a non-petroleum product if you
specifically request it.
