Grant Parker of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation will talk on
"Easements, Acquisitions, and other nonregulatory methods of habitat
protection." Grant is the general counsel of the RMEF in Missoula, MT.

He will be speaking on April 12 at 3:30 in Room 105 at the College of Law.
