Years ago Moscows downtown was a busy place and safeway was where gart's
now is. Crazy days were crazy and fun and so on. Then came the malls
and people began to move out of the downtown area or closing all
together. Aftewr a period of years some business' moved back to main
street and others started businesses in the downtown area because of high
rent's in the mall. I don't know what this means for the future, but
there does seem to be a rotating trend.
