Quite so. Let's get real. In the forseeable future, Moscow's downtown
can support eateries and businesses, stores which cater to those
establishments (Ken's, copy centers), and some other shops which benefit
from lower rents than the malls.

If we're going to expend some effort on a cause, let's evaluate whether the
cause is achievable. Dreamers have their place (and we all need to
protect that place), but realists dictate where the dollars go.
