The Moscow Vision 2020 Photo Contest Winners have been on display
at the University of Idaho Library for almost 2 months. To my knowledge,
they have been well received by viewers. I hear that the display draws
a healthy number of people who actually stop and spend time studying
each photo.
However, it is apparently so well liked that someone has up and STOLEN
the winning entry entitled "Sense of Place." I can only assume that
the views depicted are what the culprit longs for. If only she or he
knew that it was available on the web, and had access to it, perhaps
the original entry could be returned.
The UI Library display is scheduled to be removed on Friday. The absense
of the winning entry will be detrimental for the "tour."
