January 18 Defining the Demand
A panel of current business incubator tenants (including Innovative
BioSystems, First Step Research, and Landis & Gyr Powers) discuss their
projected growth and business needs.

January 25 Meeting the Need
Representatives of the Moscow-Latah Economic Development Council
(EDC) provide an overview of the history and mission of the EDC, in
addition to its planning for a proposed business park.

February 1 Success vs. Failure Factors and Financing
Roger Coupal, WSU, compares success and failure factors of other
business park ventures. Gib Myers discusses specific financing options.
