There will be a comment and discussion session starting at 6:30 before the
hearing. My understanding is that this earlier session is the time to
present written material summarizing your position on this service issue.

Our GTE representative claims that this proposal is a revenue neutral
proposal. This means they are not providing a cost reduction to we users,
rather, a cost shift we users of newer services.

This has appearently been in the works for 2 years, and still does not
include Troy, or any service not specifically provided by GTE.
A step in the right direction, but the PUC should understand that it is a
VERY small step.
