The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has scheduled a public hearing for
7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 1996, at the convention center of the
University Inn in Moscow. The hearing will be on GTE's request to change
Moscow's local-calling area to require an extra service chrage for toll-
free calls to Pullman.
I have copies of the hearing notice as well as the PUC's 1984 order
creating the Pullman-Moscow calling area, if anyone would like background
to prepare testimony for the hearing. Please contact me if you'd like
more information.
