Tonight's meeting of the Latah County Planning Commission (7 pm, County
Courthouse) will consist of a basic, informational session on planning
ordinances. It sounds like a time to learn the fundamentals of county
planning. For more information, call Gerard or Tom in the planning
office.
And an alert: The County Commissioners have cut $10,000 from the parks
budget, and abolished the head-of-committee position, or at least
reduced it to custodial responsibilities for Robinson Lake Park. Call
Suvia for more information on what might be done to reverse these
actions.
