I need your help with trying to find information on organic fish
production. I'm currently working as an inspector for organic farming and
processing, mainly inforcing the EEC-Regulation 2091/92 in Germany. There
is hardly any organic fish production here, partly due to a lack of
standards, which are only now beeing developed. If anyone of you has
notice of existing standards for the production of fish by the organic
way. I'd be very greatful for information, publications, experiences or
maybe adresses of producers I could correspond with. I what ares of
production are going to be the greatest difficulties...fish health, feed
composition, water requirements?
