I hear that it is a proposed site for a Wal-Mart "Super Store". Just
kidding!

But the importance of notices like this one cannot be understated.
Seemingly unconsequential requests like this one can end up being
very significant sized projects. It was this type of notice that
paved the way for Wal-Mart.

I agree with Kenton that the Moscow (and Latah) County planning
departments should be on this list. It is in their best interest
to gather information from organizations such as 20/20.
