Moscow City Council will continue its discussion of whether to give away part o
f the right of way of Adams Street to allow a 36-unit apartment building on Mon
day at 7:30 p.m. No public testimony will be taken, but neighborhood residents
are asking the public to attend to show their concern about multi-unit buildin
