Once again, sorry about this childish interruption, Visionaires -

Mr. Harrell, go back and read your post that states that the constitution is
specific and that any system (my words) that continues to interpret it, is
doomed to anarchy (again, my words).  I know that you are going to mangle
the heck out of my statements.  If that gives you any pleasure, help
yourself.  My statements of Constitutional interpretation are supported by
the link I provided and you should have read.
