I understand where you stand on the sunset clause but I am wondering why you are using Moscow Charter School as an example.  I have looked into enrolling my son in kindergarten there next year.  I have heard nothing but praise from parents and the children who attend the school.

 

Is your motive against all charter schools or just this particular one?  It seems that you have included quite a bit of material that would point to you seeking some sort of legal action against the school.

 

This being a public forum I would expect you to express your feelings on a matter but not provide information that may sway others to side with you without having the full picture.  It sounds like you may be quite upset with the school but naming people without a chance for rebuttal just doesn't seem right.
